Villa AyoKa is a new villa, laid on 16,8 are and located 500 meter from Kedungu beach (lately known as one of a must beach for surfing). It is only 5 minutes by bike to the world famous Tanah Lot Temple.
Description
The villa is designed to create a peace relaxing holiday with a traditional Bali-Javanese style in a luxurious touch and a lush big tropical garden. The beach view is easily enjoyed from the distance and mountains from the back of the villa while the paddy fields are laying surrounding the compound. Villa AyoKa has a traditional Javanese joglo house, viewing tower, huge private swimming pool (16X5m), gazebo and jacuzzi in the garden.
Our each spacious bedroom has air conditioner and fan in the ceiling. The Master bedroom downstair has a large semi-open bathroom, decorated with tropical garden and completed by natural river stone bath tub, rain shower, hand shower and natural river stone’s washbasin. The second bedroom upstair has paddy fields view surrounding the room and a balcony, the bathroom has an inside shower.
The semi-open living room and dining area are placed under the Joglo house. There is also a spacious day bed to take a nap or just for relaxing. The 10 meter high viewing tower is made to provide the 360 degree view: ocean and paddy fields.
The villa is available for 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms rent. Maximum occupancy for 4 bedrooms is 10 persons.
