Outrigger will manage Bali resort
Outrigger Enterprises Group said it plans to manage a new resort property being built on the southern tip of Bali.
The Honolulu-based company also plans to own 35 of the 170 units at the $45 million Outrigger Panorama Bali Resort & Spa, a luxury condominium property being developed on the Bukit Peninsula by mc2, a development company in Bali.
The new project is Outrigger’s second project in Bali. The Outrigger O-CE-N Resort in Legian is slated to open later this year.
Construction on the Outrigger Panorama Bali Resort & Spa is scheduled to begin during the first half of this year, with completion during the first quarter of 2009.
